In this initial episode, I'm out walking my dogs, introducing you to the journey we have been through and hoping to open a conversation about grief. Grief is something that is so hard some days to navigate and express.

As part of this podcast and future podcasts, I hope to reach out to others who have and are going through a similar experience and discuss topics and ideas that help us all to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
